bleh.
as it stands, i have currently suffered through my first class of the semester. on mondays and fridays this spring, i have Writing as Critical Thinking (a stupid, required english class that i'm annoyed that i have to even take) and World History II. there is a three hour gap between them. so with today's gap, i couldn't help but post here.

so far over today's gap, i have made a list of things i need to pick up at walmart, taken a shower, (sorta) checked my email, picked up a package of some of my textbooks, and procrastinated on doing the homework for WACT. what an exciting day, eh?

since i have been asked myriad times over winter break, i will now inform you (now that i know) what days i have off this semester:
- MLKJ day, obviously.
- "midterm break" (kate and i have decided to refer to this as "spring break", because that's what it is): march 5-9
- "spring break": april 9 (that's right. we get a monday off. one. monday. what is that? that is like cheating on giving us time off.)
- then finals week is the last day of april/first week of may. i'll be home for cinco de mayo!
what a rip off, no? we don't even get president's day off. our school is named after a president, for crying out loud; we should get a national holiday off!!

now that i have finished ranting about that, i would talk about something else. but i have just realized that i have nothing else to say, as the semester just started. but i'll keep you posted ;)
